Within Dubai, delivery is free on orders of AED 200 and above, and AED 15 on orders below AED 200. For areas outside Dubai (within the UAE), delivery is AED 30.
Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Yes. Spend AED 350 or more on full-price items and a 15% discount is applied to them automatically at checkout. Clearance and offer items are already reduced, so they are not part of this discount.
You can pay securely by card at checkout, or choose cash on delivery. Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as pet food and treats are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or expired.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachus@voguepets.ae with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by us.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
